As your onsite Consultant I am able to save you money throughout the job and provide you with expert advice from start to finish. I can see a construction project through from the beginning to the end, or if you prefer, come on periodically to resolve any questions or disputes. My business is to work with the architect and contractors to make sure that your construction project proceeds as smoothly as possible and comes out on time and on budget. My experience ranges from the fields of site evaluation, engineering, architecture, as well as civil, mechanical and electrical and plumbing system analysis.
I am willing to travel and welcome projects from across the US and the world. If you have a project that you are unable to monitor as closely as you need, or a project that has run into difficulties that require an expert but diplomatic touch to resolve, then call me!
If a problem has already arisen on your existing project then I can provide an in-depth analysis of your consulting dispute. If you are in a dispute that must be resolved through mediation, arbitration or litigation, I will provide the expert assistance that you need to resolve the problem to all parties’ satisfaction.
I can:
• Work with the owner from Pre-Construction to close-out.
• With direct Job Site Involvement I can act as an owner representative. I represent the owner’s interest and establish excellent working relationships with the architect, designer and general contractors.
• Material job price/value evaluation (Time/Price/Value)
• Provide Expert Witness Services.
• Help build a better project by eliminating conflicts between the tradesman, the architects and general contractor. Conflicts will lower the construction quality and cause costly overruns.
• Lower your stress, when you are unable to devote the time, or are not familiar with the workings of a construction project.
• Formulate a project plan which carefully defines the responsibility of the owner, the architect, tradesmen and general contractors.
• Save you money in the long run. Increase your chance of having the project completed on budget and on schedule.
• Keep you informed by carrying out site reviews, progress reports, order and material reviews and inventories.
• Carefully define your project with a detailed feasibility study. Avoid costly and unnecessary material orders.
