My wife is the skier in our family, and due to health issues can no longer ski. So, we’re selling our unit for $1,200 in trade. We will also split the $300 cash closing costs to transfer title to the deed. The annual maintenance fee for 2009 will be the responsibility of the new owner, and is approx. $150 per quarter (they give a small discount if it is paid annually in a lump sum).
I recommend you conduct an Internet search to read reviews about the property, and see what these units rent for on a nightly or weekly basis ($145 to $225 per night for the 2 bedroom units). We have also gone to Hawaii by trading our week at Heidelberg Inn through RCI, which attests to its trading value.
